We went to the mall Saturday and we debated getting Em's picture taken with the Easter bunny. He had gone on a 30 minute break just as we got to Easter bunny land and it was getting close to her naptime and it was $25...so we decided to just go home.
Thank goodness we didn't waste our time or money because today we stopped by Walmart on Sunday and lo and behold who was there, but the Easter bunny except this Easter bunny, in addition to taking pics he also was walking around the store handing out candy.
Which is how we ran into him. We were in the toy section trying to find bubbles for a bathtoy Emma has when who should start to walk up, but the Easter bunny. Em sort of stared at him as he waved at her and then instead of moving on he just stood there.
Which was NOT okay with Em and to let him know it she started to cry as in sob hysterically as in get me out of this cart daddy and hold me until we leave the store. Stranger danger!
I admit that Paul and I laughed because she looked so sad and pathetic with her tears and her little red face. She's so stinking cute! Even when she's screaming her head off in Walmart (although to be fair I often feel like screaming my head off in Walmart, too).
