Go Me!

I finally have gotten back into my work out routine this week, working out 4 days! Twice I went to the gym and completed week 2 of ease into 5k (yeah I'm a rebel...no starting over at week 1 for me, just jumped right in to week 2 and didn't struggle...yay!) and twice went to Stroller Strides which I really enjoy (even though it kicks my behind).

Next week Em and I are headed to NJ, and my mom is going to watch Em while I work out in our hotel gym. Yup, for only the 2nd time ever I will actually work out while being out of town. lol

I feel good working out. I am slowly working on the food I put in my mouth (this week's change was stopping sugar in my coffee and using agave instead) and increasing the number of fruits and vegetables I eat. I want to be healthy. I want to be a good example for Em and I want to live a long, happy life.
